RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@yourhairlosssolutions.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •  Opened products where the plastic seal has been removed or damaged.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

  •  We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to an error of our own. For instance:
  • If we sent you the wrong item
  • If the item is damaged or faulty

We will not refund postage costs to return items, which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We will not refund postage costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in our testing process. Costs of posting any item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
